Chin Chin, West Hollywood Fire Station Host Back-to-School Event
Children and teens from Walden’s foster care and transitional housing programs recently visited Chin Chin for an August back-to-school event. Chin Chin staff organized the bus trip from Walden’s Encino office and provided lunch. They also presented each child with a backpack containing school supplies and gift cards.
Firefighters Visit Kids
In addition, firefighters from Los Angeles County Fire Station #7 joined the festivities. Kids checked out the engine, tried on gear, and even took turns squirting the fire hose. Other guests included the West Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and West Hollywood Lifestyle.
