WHAT WE DO IN SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY

Our San Bernardino and Victorville offices provides a variety of programs to prepare young people for college, career and community life, and to support parents in developing the skills to build positive relationships with their children.

The Nurturing Family Program provides families with tested and proven ways to enhance communication while building self-awareness and an understanding of their children’s needs.

In addition, Walden’s Victorville office offers an Extended Care/Aftercare program to former foster youth living in the High Desert. Through the program, youth build family and community connections, complete their education, gain employment, find housing and learn to manage their medical, dental and emotional health needs.
