Graphic Design Marketing Manager– Full Time 30 hours (Remote Worker)
This position is responsible for supporting fundraising efforts as well as creating, designing and coordinating targeted, multifaceted marketing campaigns throughout Southern California. The candidate will coordinate closely with the CEO, Director of Philanthropy, and Director of Community Engagement to implement and manage an effective marketing and communication plan for Walden. The ideal candidate for this role will be a self-starter and be highly effective at working independently.
The Graphic Design & Marketing Manager will be responsible for all collateral, including but not limited to impact reports, donor solicitations, brochures, event invitations, event programs, press releases, social media posts, and blogs. The candidate will also be responsible for website updates (Word Press), Email Blasts (Raiser’s Edge), PowerPoint presentations, as well as print and electronic ad design and placement. While graphic design is the primary function of this position, writing and editing copy – in conjunction with Development Department staff — is a close second.
