Accounts Payable Clerk

Walden Family Services is looking for a full time Accounts Payable Clerk to work from our Encino office. Responsibilities for this position will include preparing accounting reports and the Accounts Payable accounting functions as related to the Encino District programs. This position will be responsible for AP, vouchering, paying and reviewing invoices, processing check requests, and resolving invoice discrepancies. An ideal candidate will be extremely detail oriented, someone that double checks all work for accuracy, and takes pride in their work.

Parent Partner – Part Time (San Diego, CA)

The primary responsibility of the Parent Partner will be to serve as an advocate and support for the Intensive Services Foster Care Resource Parents and/or other Resource Parents as determined by treatment plans. The parent partner will primarily provide support and referrals to families based on needs. This position will require someone that has personal parenting experience with children who have emotional and behavioral challenges and/or special needs including medical needs. They should be familiar with services available, the challenges that arise in assisting children with special needs, and the challenges that parents face. A successful candidate for this role will be bilingual (Spanish/English) and able to easily build rapport with families.

Transitional Housing Program Social Worker

Walden Family Services is looking for a full time THP Social Worker to work from our Encino office.

Responsibilities for this position will include working with and providing case management services to young adults in our transitional housing program. This worker will be required to travel to youth apartments throughout Los Angeles County.
