The Chef’s Dinner menu included risotto with morels, porcinis, and English peas as well as a duo of slow roasted filet of beef & roasted rack of lamb. Vegetarian options were also available.

“We’re thrilled with the success of the Chef’s Dinner and are incredibly grateful for the amazing support we received from Chef Jeffrey Strauss, Pamplemousse Grille, and all of our sponsors,” said Teresa Stivers, CEO of Walden Family Services. “This event wasn’t just about delicious food—it was about bringing together caring individuals who are passionate about helping our foster children, youth, and families thrive. It was a beautiful display of community and compassion, and we’re so thankful to everyone who made it possible.”
